Some ideas include building trust and confidence in remote collaboration. This together with
- How to prevent and manage risks for local organizations (health and legal risks)
- Difficult to generate quick consensus.
- Increased work pressure and stress particularly on women colleagues as they deal with multiple demands - both professional as well as household level (care work, household chores)
- Power imbalance and inequity is likely to be stronger in remote partnership. (Raman Kumar)
